Compensation register
The register for voluntary ecological compensation introduced on 23 June 2023 serves for submitting applications in the local government e-service.
The application forms available in the service are:
Application concerning an offset plan for the generation of natural values for ecological compensation
The service is intended for landowners that generate natural values for ecological compensation as referred to in chapter 11 of the Nature Conservation Act. The form can be used to apply for a statement of the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment referred to section 103 of the Nature Conservation Act concerning the offset plan by which the natural values are to be generated.
Request for a statement concerning the quality and quantity of natural values to be generated
The service is intended for landowners that generate natural values for ecological compensation as referred to in chapter 11 of the Nature Conservation Act. The form can be used to request a statement of the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment referred to section 103 of the Nature Conservation Act concerning the quality and quantity of the natural values of measures implemented on the basis of an offset plan approved earlier.
Application concerning the compensation equivalence of an offset
An operator that destroys or deteriorates natural values in its activity may offset the deterioration of a habitat type or the habitat of a species with natural values generated elsewhere. The form can be used to apply for a decision of the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment on the compensation equivalence of deterioration referred to in section 104 of the Nature Conservation Act.
Register of ecological compensations that have been generated and used
The aim is to include a section containing the natural values that have been generated and are being offered and ecological compensations used as offsets for deterioration in the register by the end of 2023. A link to the service site will be provided when the function is available.
