Goals and results
Johtokunnan tehtävänä on huolehtia asuntorahaston riittävästä maksuvalmiudesta sekä hyväksyä ja allekirjoittaa rahaston tilinpäätös.
Ara erillisenä virastona on lakkautettu, ja 1.3.2015 alkaen sen tehtäviä hoitaa Valtion tukeman asuntorakentamisen keskus Varke.
